I am rejecting this response because:We requested a refund and we did not receive oneBut now that they finally delivered the washer, we are even more upset and a refund wouldn't be enough.The washer was delivered on 11/02/I don't know what they did, but they scratched the whole machineThere are scratches on the door, on the right side, the bottom and the topAlso, there are two dents on the topThe spinning button is broken and we are extremely frustrated.They took the machine away to fix the noise and it is not fixed! It is still making noises when it is spinning and now it is rattling, which wasn't before they took it away to fix it.There is no way they can fix all the damages they caused and make our machine looks like it was beforeThey have done a lot of damage to it and we want a brand new washerIt is unacceptable what they did to the machineThis is no way to conduct a business, specially to customers who have been loyal for over three years and never filed a claim!I attached four videos to this response and have additional videosI will see if I can forward them through another message since I am not able to attach all of them to this message.P.SI have not taken a picture of the damage on the side but I will forward it as soon as I take it.Regards,*** and *** ***

Our business hours are M-F 8am to 5pmthis customer only wanted us to come after pmMy technicians work all over Austin and surrounding areasTo schedule something to an exact time is very hard when our business is doing home repairsCable companies, always give a time window of at least
hours to be at home, home depot appliance delivery when you purchase a new appliance gives a hour delivery and they won't deliver unless someone is there*** *** was able to get ahold of me and I ended up working out something for him that would work with his scheduleThe washer after being able to send techs out was stuck to the floor from either being wet at some point or soap sm as you can see in the pictures on the shaftI told *** *** that more than likely before we were even able to work on the washer that the shaft was probably bent and this is no easy repair in doing that and that the whole machine would have to be completely disassembled to even get to it not to mention trying to get the shaft off the bearingsThe machine is also a foreign machine and parts are not easy to get in from the manufacturerIt took a week alone to get the new shaft inYes on disassemble the soap cup cracked and we are now still waiting for that part to come in I can not return the machine until that is fixed do to that if they use the machine water is just going to spray everywhereIf *** *** wants his money back I can put his old shaft back in and when I get the soap cup I will return there appliance

We refunded his $55.00.
