Review: Below is a parts of a letter I sent in December of 2010.

Sent via registered mail and no response.

The letter sums up the problem. [redacted] Since the roof was installed there have been two noticeable leaks.

One was by the chimney on the left side of the house.

Late in the Spring of 2009 I left you a message about that leak.

I called your office on Wed. 8/26/2009 and was told that you were out on a job so I left you a voice mail but again you did not respond.

Subsequently on 8/28/2009 I sent a registered letter with pictures of the damage to which you finally responded. You did not show up on the date that you were supposed to show up but someone did show up over a week later. They caulked around the chimney and ran a bead of caulking down the roof near a vertical wall about 1? away from the wall.

This area is still leaking.

In April of 2010 we discovered a sever infestation of carpenter ants in our home.

While looking for the source of the infestation another leak was discovered. Near the right wall of the right side dormer on the second floor.

There have been three attempts to fix that leak.

In June, July and late August of 2010.

That area is still leaking no matter how much it rains.

The attempts to fix the leaks have been with caulking. Obviously this is not working nor is it the proper way to resolve this type of problem. I have beads of caulking all over the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Obviously there is something wrong with the installation.

I am giving your company one more attempt to fix the problem properly and to bring it up to ?Master Elite? standards. If you are not able to do so I will be forced to hire another company to do the repairs and will seek monetary damages from your company.
