Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Regards,
[redacted]Our response is:We called a plumber because we had no idea what was causing the leak into the ceiling of our kitchen, but we suspected it might be the toilet because it had been clogged the day before.  We were told by the licensed plumber that the clogged toilet was due to the excess wax from the two seals put in place by Decker (the first wax seal was placed by our builder; the second was placed by Decker, without removing the first seal which caused the seals to push their way into the toilet and clog it). Since I'm not a plumber, I can't argue with Decker that there may be plumbing situations which require placing two seals around a toilet, but we didn't employ Decker to repair a plumbing problem; they were asked tosecure the toilet to the floor to keep it from wobbling.  We feel they are liable for our ceiling damage due to their improper repair work in securing the toilet; this is not a plumbing or Decker warranty issue.  This is an issue of liability.[redacted]12 August 2015
