Great Basin Beverage

I constantly receive out of date products. Last Friday I received a keg of [redacted] that had an expiration date of January, 2015! This has been an ongoing problem that I have made numerous complaints to Great Basin Beverage. They have tried to sell me [redacted] kegs that are outdated. I did not catch this one time and was serving it to the public. After one complaint from a customer on the poor taste, I checked the keg and it was one month expired. After complaining to Great Basin, [redacted] told [redacted] to disconnect the keg and offer me two free cases of beer of my choice to make up for the money I had lost. This was never done, I complained about that to [redacted], Victor, the woman that answered the phone at their office, and to the new sales rep and nothing was done and I continue to get out of date beer. PBR is the best selling beer in my bar when I can get it. I was able to speak with [redacted] one time and he assured me their customer service would be improving shortly. That was approximately two months ago. When I leave messages for [redacted] to call me back, I do not receive a call. Their new sales rep is trying to make things right, (so did [redacted]) but the company obviously does not care about good service. If they did not have a monopoly, I am sure they would go out of business. This is a very frustrating situation and I wish there was another place I could order these products from. There are a lot of bars in this area that have similar problems to mine with Great Basin Beverage.
