I leased a car from this hyundai dealership after my husband turned in his old leaseWe gave them all of the documents required to process the lease including copies of my pay stubs and year to date incomeWe signed contracts got the keys and left with the car which we then took back to Texas where we currently liveA few weeks after having the car the dealership called saying that they needed copies of where I graduated from and also more proof of incomeAfter giving them all of these documents for the second time they informed me that I actually did not qualify for the lease and that they would need my husband to co-sign in order for me to keep the carWe never agreed that he would co-sign and told them that wasn't an option so they told us that they would have to repossess the car if we did not bring it back (to Louisiana) because they couldn't get it financedWe gave them almost $towards a down payment for the lease, had to make a trip to louisiana to return the car and then pay to rent a car for the return home and hyundai has been rude throughout this entire processOur family has leased cars from this business for years and we will never do business with them againExtremely unprofessional employees, including a finance manager who actually hung up on us in the middle of a phone callNow they are even saying they may not reimburse our $down paymentI honestly don't even understand how they let this situation happen but I would not recommend this dealership to anyoneEVER

After the flood later this year I brought my car in to get the tires checked and the bottom of the car to make sure everything was safe considering when it flooded and me trying to get home I ended up running of a gallon bucket and I heard noise while it went under my car 1-weeks later I took my car in to get checked to make sure it was okayTech said everything was fine and he had to put air in my tires but that was itmonths passed no issue until 11/09/I heard grinding and roaring from the car and I setup an appointment to bring it in and the earliest they had was the following weekI brought it in and was told that it was the wheel hub assembly and it was greatly damaged and would not be covered under warrantyI was like greatly damaged like something hit it they said yes and it broke the wheel hub assemblyWell the only thing I hit was the gallon bucket mo agoI was informed we are sorry but the price will be Now I am a family man I have a 2yr 10yr and my wife and we were all riding in a car we though was safe but it was notTalked to the service manager and all he could do was say he was sorry and the price is actually dollars the is just the partEven though it was there fault for putting our lives in danger to top it all off it was the wrong priceHyundai would not even let me pay the considering I was given wrong info times and our lives were in dangerThen they said it wasn't from the bucket this looks fresh and the only thing I do is ride on the roads and every 3,they see my car and I am suppose to think its due to our roads if that's the case every car in Louisiana should have this problem it was there neglect not to tell me about for car was messed up and the tech probably did not look and itI advise to to go to this dealershipWhat I want is half the bill reduced because I am sorry does not cut it when you put my families lives in danger not to mention I have a witness that heard the whole thing when I asked them to check under my car because I hit a gallon bucketbet that's not even in the notes until I told them again the day I got it checked to find that for mo we were on a ticking time bomb luckly we are alive but I don't know if I want to drive the car anymore

I purchased a vehicle on December 26thI was given only a single key pad for the push start vehicleThe key pad was missing the actual keyIn the purchase agreement, this was supposed to be correctedThe vehicle also didn't have an inspection stickerCar salesman simply said "don't worry about that." For the past days, I was in communication with the car salesman regarding the key issue He kept giving me the run aroundOn January 13th, my vehicle didn't startI had to get a boostI assumed my battery went dead because I was in the vehicle charging my phone for about an hour with the radio onThought nothing of itWell yesterday after pumping gas, my battery died againRequired another boostShowed up at the dealership about my issuesArrived at service dept, the representative was RUDE! Went inside to speak with the salesman about the inspection sticker, key and batteryLong story short, I was given a second key pad with a key, HOWEVER I still have no key for the initial keypad that I was given when I purchased the vehicleThey tested my battery and I was informed I needed a new batteryBUT because it's past days they were unable to replace my battery During the sale the salesman kept stressing how the vehicle was inspectedI asked for that inspection date and report, no response! I ended up buying a battery for a vehicle I purchased days ago! And still no inspection sticker! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER return here to purchase a vehicleShould've gone to *** ***

I leased a car from this hyundai dealership after my husband turned in his old lease. We gave them all of the documents required to process the lease including copies of my pay stubs and year to date income. We signed contracts got the keys and left with the car which we then took back to Texas where we currently live. A few weeks after having the car the dealership called saying that they needed copies of where I graduated from and also more proof of income. After giving them all of these documents for the second time they informed me that I actually did not qualify for the lease and that they would need my husband to co-sign in order for me to keep the car. We never agreed that he would co-sign and told them that wasn't an option so they told us that they would have to repossess the car if we did not bring it back (to Louisiana) because they couldn't get it financed. We gave them almost $1000.00 towards a down payment for the lease, had to make a trip to louisiana to return the car and then pay to rent a car for the return home and hyundai has been rude throughout this entire process. Our family has leased cars from this business for years and we will never do business with them again. Extremely unprofessional employees, including a finance manager who actually hung up on us in the middle of a phone call. Now they are even saying they may not reimburse our $900 down payment. I honestly don't even understand how they let this situation happen but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. EVER.
