We contacted A-Home Improvement to help install an old window that had been sealed up in our kitchen area Rick [redacted] spoke by phone to my husband twice and came out once to inventory the parts/materials we purchased for the job He scheduled the job to begin early the next day It has been TWO DAYS SINCE THEN, and he has never shown up or called to reschedule This shows complete disrepect for his customer We do NOT recommend A-Home Improvement to anyone who values reliability
