I received a scratch card in the mail with a list of prizes on the back. When I scratched the card it revealed on of the winning hands. I called at 6:30, both the local number and the till few number only to stay on the line for 20 mins and then the line goes dead. When I looked up there company that have a bad review for being a vacuum scamming company in 2013. This is not about the money, this is about morality. They do not deserve a business license with their fake advertisements.Desired SettlementThey need to understand how rude it it's to mess with people. The advertisements that we disperse through the [redacted] are designed to attract customers with no other intent, therefore if we were to unintentionally not answer her phone call would be an absolute defeat of the purpose as well as a waste of company resources. The advertisements by all means are real and those who call in and play by the rules specifically entailed on the card are eligible to receive the specified card that would be verified by one of my representatives. If [redacted] had called at 6:30 pm, though she failed to specify AM or PM, Monday through Friday there would be absolutely no reason someone would not have answered as I employ my marketers to work until 8pm every night. Saturday we are open until 5 pm and Sunday we are closed. In the event she did call during open hours as specified on the back of the card, the only reason I can think can up with is the rare and unlikely events we were having phone system issues though there are no such problems I am aware of. The second part of her complaint is about another complaint online and therefore has no validity as it did not go through the Revdex.com. Lastly here claims about morality are far from all truth as our mission is to reach and help as many people as possibly on the basis of health and more specifically breathing issues, people with asthma, allergies, sleep apnea and copd. I would further suggest to [redacted] that she call during open hours if she would like to claim the prize as detailed on her scratch card. Please call me if this does not suffice enough information to take down these false allegations.

Great Basin tech... Called with a survey about air quality, and then they called stating we had won a gift. The gift had strings attached, we had to watch a presentation of a air filtration product. The first product was impressive. Then out came the vacuumed cleaner. They use the survey to and gift offer to get a vacuumed cleaner salesman into your house.

WHEN I ASKED WHAT I won he had no clue of this mailing. I showed it to him so he called his boss and tried to ask about it. he never got the answer, on the card it states that it has to be verified with master key chart to determine prize. well that never happened. the boss on the phone talking with this poor kid, just kept trying to make deals with me offering a lower price with 0 interest if I fill out a applaction for credit which by the way has no letter head of the bussiness or lic # wanted my soc, ect . Iam not that stupid. anyway I do believe that this is a scam to get my info, and that this is a scam. My representative [redacted] was at your house on his very first appointment and unfortunately he left the master key chart at the office, which was the reason I offered to fax or text the picture of it to [redacted]; no fax was available so the key chart was texted and made available to you. Though this is no excuse, [redacted] should have had the key chart but in any measure it was an honest mistake. To address the issue of the credit application, most applications for credit including most major auto dealers and countless other companies do not place their business license number on it for the reason that they, including us do not finance the product directly through my company but rather a third party finance company. During the phone conversation when we discussed these concerns, I politely and enthusiastically invited you to come down to the our local office and fill out the application if you were still interested. Your husband did express over the phone that was respectable and implied that would make him feel more comfortable to do so. If you would like you are more than welcome to come down and any public information you would like will be made available to you. I purchased a vacuum cleaner and air freshener from this company. I have no problem with the product only the sales tactics. I was promised a dishware/cooking items if I gave them referrals I did and the salesman [redacted] promised my name would not be used as the referral source. Also I was promised I just had to give the names-nothing further. When I called back to follow up the girl in the office said the salesman was wrong. False advertising, said rep would have the prize with him, told later they canceled the whole thing. Customer service wouldn't help, hung up on usReceived mailer with scratch to win. Scratched, "won", called the number provided. They sent a sales rep out for a demonstration. Rep knew nothing of the promotion or any prizes. Called the company back after the demonstration. Was told the contest was now expired and they canceled it. Customer service himhawed after being told that we were already told were would get a prize. Was transferred to a very unprofessional supervisor who proceeded to hang up on us. According to their own card there were 1 million prizes, but even Revdex.com shows other complaints just like this one. Desired SettlementHow about the prize we were promised. Unfortunately at that time the representative who had come out to your home, who also is responsible for a previous complaint to the Revdex.com, was incapable of performing his basic job duties. Further, during the month of December our company was in the midst of transferring and changing phone systems, this would have been why you were disconnected but I can assure you there is no employee of mine who would have intentionally hung up on you. To clarify the card promotion you had received, the odds of winning are printed clearly on the front and our based on the total of every 1 million cards printed, no where does it state we have one million prizes in stock. Rather it states this promotion is good as long as supplies last. Lastly, providing you with ten thousand dollars or a [redacted] because of this inconvenience is unreasonable and unfortunately I will not be able to do so unless that was the winning card you received. But after all of this I do apologize and I am sorry that we were unable to fulfill your expectations. April we had demo on their magistic vacuum machine Maestic we were promised a BBQ set, sat thru a 1 and 1/2 demo. We did not purchase but they said they were out, but gave us a 3 day vacation package, but the firt two lines said one of us must be gainfully employed Ha Ha they knew we were retired.Tim the salesman said he would drop off the BBQ.
