Cost almost 20 dollars to return some un opened sheets. I first thought their offer of a gift card would be a compromise, but the product selection is very limited and nothing I need. Plus, it would require me to spend a lot more money including shipping. Attempts to reach out to customer service for a refund have been ignored. Also there are product reviews on the website but I am unable to post a review. Attempts to call the company either go the the phone carrier leaving an error message or one person who did not return emails or calls. I understand not offering free returns for used items but this item was unused. Company advertised easy returns and exchanges but this has been a bad experience.
Refund Refund for cost of shipping. I submitted receipts. If they do this they can void the gift card as I do not need it.

First, I'd like to apologize for the negative experience. Our internal process for rectifying order issues fell apart in this instance and it's something we'll be addressing immediately.
Secondly, I'd like to refund you the $18 for shipping. As of 3pm EST 3/23, $18 have been refunded to your Shopify Payments account. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do attempt to correct the situation.
