Review: I dropped off my car for yearly inspection last Saturday, the [redacted] told me there was a problem with the engine needed to be fixed before the inspection and told me to leave the car there for him to check it up. so I did.The next day he called me said one of the tires of my car was slashed and need to be replayed also the engine need a new coil. So I asked him how much it would cost totally, he said about $400. well, at first I didn't believe the tire need to be replaced, but I was at work and did't really can make some time to go to his shop to double check the tire, so I said OK, go ahead...Then 2 days later, he called, said the car was ready and the total was $582...I felt I was ripped off right away, but I know it is useless to argue with him over the phone, so I just said, I won't pay for that extra $182 dollars.So I went to his shop today to pick up my car(Saturday), I insisted that I only need to pay the price he told me before he started to work on it.he went furious and scream at me , said he was going to remove the tire and coil then give my car back to me,after I said fine, he said I can only get it back on Monday. I refused, since I don't know what he is going to do with my car before he give it back to me, Then he kept on yelling at me making some bad comments about my ethnicity, So I called 911, the 911 dispatcher can hear him screaming over the phone. Two policemen came quickly, after they learned what happened, they went to talked to the [redacted] in his office, I can hear he was still yelling at the officers. one of the officer came out said there isn't much they can do, this [redacted] know all the loop holes of the system, if I want the car back I need to pay whatever this guy asked for at this moment, so I accept that police officer's suggestion and took out my credit card to pay, then this [redacted] said, he didn't take credit cards, cash only. the officer talk him to reduce the bill to $500, then the office took the cash from me to give to him then get a receipt for me from him.Desired Settlement: I need the $100 extra money he took from me back also I need an apologize from him for him yelling at me the whole time and make the comments about my ethnicity
