Review: Dear Revdex.comGreat Bear Tire & Auto installed new brake rotors, brake pads and 2 new front tires on my audi allroad on june [redacted] 2013. The total costs were $1396.03 After a few days my car started to make a loud noise coming from the front wheel area. It got so loud that I was worried to actually drive my car. I called Great Bear Tires a couple of times and after nobody picked up I took the risk and actually drove there. Unfortunately it turned out that they were closed and went on vacation. So I had to bring my car to another garage to get it fixed.The new garage told me that they would have to replace the 2 new front rotors and brake pads as they were defective. They also told me that these were not original Audi parts even though Great Bear Tire always claims to just use original parts.After Great Bear Tires reopened I ask them to take the defective parts back and refund me just for the parts. They rejected and said they couldn't return the parts without the original box (which makes no sense as he originally installed them, so how could I have the boxes?!).Desired Settlement: I would love to get a refund for the replaced partsand would also stop him from saying that he uses original parts (which he doesn't)I've been a customer of Great Bear Tires & Auto for more than 3 years and never really had any issues with them, so I feel sorry to write this letter but see no other chance.I appreciate your help

Great Bear offers 24 hour road side assistance to all of our customers, And we stand behind all of our work. Great Bear also has a stated and posted return policy that Great Bear offers only Store Credit Only. [redacted] came into our office and stated his car broke down on a Sunday and he took it into a Audi dealer....On a Sunday. There were no missed calls or messages left on our messenger service.

Great Bear would have been happy to warranty any work for [redacted] if he would have just brought the car into our repair facility at no cost to him.
