They just ignore me.
May 25 ordered picture (London Streets) order #*** I paid $182.30 from *** card. Never shipped. 6 emails wanting refund- ignored. Pleas help
On May 25, 2020 I ordered on-line from Great BIG Canvas a framed print (London Streets # ***) My Order # ***. I paid $182.30 from my*** card. The money went off my card that same day. Shipping was to be 6/9 and delivery 6/12. They never shipped. After many emails I got a generic response (support ticket #***) I requested my money be returned to my*** card and cancel the order. All my requests were ignored. Finally after 6 more requests to cancel I got an email from a woman who said my order was still being processed but if I wanted they would cancel. I sent back email requesting the order to be cancelled and return my $182.30 to my*** card time after time and never any response back. I have sent an email telling them not to complete my order that I want to cancel. I have sent emails telling them if they send it at this late date and all this stress that I will refuse to accept it. Not to ship that I want to cancel.They do not respond to my almost daily requests. I am 75 years old and am alone and this is very stressful for me. I have also explained this to them how very upset and worried I am. No response. If you can help me; I would be most grateful. I check everyday my emails to see if they have responded. I also call my*** account to check if they returned my money. They just ignore me. Please help me. *** My phone is ***.

I want Great BIG Canvas to cancel my on-line order # *** on May 25,2020 and return the money that they took off my *** card that same day. Never received the picture and I want complete refund of my $182.30 to my ***card. Thank you so very much for your help.

You sent an email informing me that you had notified Great BIG Canvas and 2 hours later I received an email from them saying my $182.30 was being returned to my *** card and it could take up to 3 days but it was then returned in full to my *** card the very next day.

No response so I requested a refund.
I purchased a canvas art on 5/15/20. I received my order on 6/11/20 however it was the wrong order and also completely damaged. On 6/11/20 immediately reached out to the company by email as they do not have a customer service number and explained the situation. They told me to send pictures and the issue would be resolved. I initially said I would consider them replacing my order but I have since sent several emails and have gotten no response so I requested a refund.

They have already charged my credit and I have since paid my credit card company.

The ticket number they gave me for reference is #***

I placed an order on May 9 for a Canvas and it has not been delivered,and these people have no contact number,although ut states shipped on May 9,2020
I purchased a canvas on May 9,in the amount of $150.05 using a *** card.The order no. was ***.It is indicated on the web-site that it was shipped the same day.I have not received the item,and there is no contact no. for these people,which is suspicious.I filed a complaint with *** and was told they have until June 24 to respond which is unacceptable.

They do not have a phone number that will allow you to speak to person! When I tried to cancel my over $300 order within 15 minutes of placing it nobody but a Chat Bot could help me! Then 24 hours later I get sent an email that says, "Sorry, your item has already shipped." That is ridiculous. I sent an email to their customer service people literally within 15 minutes of placing the order yet they couldn't cancel it before shipping it the next morning at 8:00 a.m. This company is also called Great Big Canvas. Same location, same business.

Concerned that I can't get return information
I purchased a piece of art that arrived approximately 2 weeks ago for my sister in law I want to return that art. Last week, I submitted an email asking for the return receipt so that I may return the Art. I asked for this last Monday or Tuesday. I have yet to receive the return slip. Information on the site says that if you ask again, it could bump the request to the bottom of their stack. They limit the time for a return to 30 days, so I am concerned with running out of time, and can't double check. I am fine with paying re-socking fee. May be ok with getting different piece sent to me even. Also, the company for the purchase is Great BIG Canvas. The address is the same as this one, so I suspect they are one and the same spwith similar name wording, one may be a dba. I need the return receipt immediately.

Desired Outcome

Return receipt, and refund less restocking or information about product substitution. They should have responded by now to my request for a return receipt.

I spent several hundred dollars on a painting I am not happy with. They will not reply to my refund/exchange request.
I spent a lot of money on a framed canvas. I have been repeatedly trying to get an exchange/refund. They replied to one request and then started then started ignoring my exchange request. I have tried contacting them several times with no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to exchange the photo and have the difference refunded.

Ordered pictures on canvas using a *** as I have many times in the past. What I received was prints on a board, not pictures on canvas.
I purchased a *** for 8 pictures on canvas. When I went to use the *** I could not find the type of canvas prints I ordered. I contacted online support and they provided a "special" link for the *** only purchase. I hang these canvas' on my walls. I have dozens of them purchased using ***s from not only this company, but other companies also. Had I known this was what I would receive, I would not have ordered this product. I feel this was a "BAIT AND SWITCH" effort by this company. I am also reporting them to ***. I have contacted the company, but have not heard back from them

Canvas on Demand has the best products, and even better customer service. This was my 5th time ordering from them, and as always amazing product and fast shipping. I really appreciate them taking pride in their product and service. I will be a lifelong customer!

I purchased ($29.99) a *** and ordered a 20 x 14 premium canvas wrap (# ***) in late October and received the print on Monday 10/30/17. They charge an extra fee for shipping and not sure exactly what that was. However, there was significant damage and a defect to the print. It shows an indent the entire length of the picture. These folks are usually very good at responding, but now refuse to help. I've sent them 5 separate emails starting last Monday 10/30 with pictures showing the defect. I tried calling, but they don't answer the phone. Their automated system says to call back later. I tried the live chat option and it says it's unavailable.

We can assure you that it is never our intention to cause any difficulty of any sort, and we are so sorry for the frustrating experience you had. The email issue and high call volume was definitely a huge inconvenience, and our team is looking into this further so that we may address this for future customer orders. In regards to the additional charge besides the shipping, the $4.49 fee was for the sales tax that we are required to charge for states where we have a physical location. I am very sorry for the confusion about that.

Unfortunately I purchased canvas from Canvas on demand in which were very dark with a scratchy look and *** the art specialist emailed me to no avail hasn't fixed the issue, she asked me to send her my canvas via email but NEVER REPLIED AFTER RECEIVING MY TERRIBLE DARK CANVAS. This is poor customer service and I have the right to be contacted for rectifying this matter at hand. I'm researching corporate. I will go to social media to assure people about the Poor Customer service, Errors and Poor quality.
