Store Owner called me a "[redacted]" Delivery should have been no later than Noon on 5/13/15 - Husband called at 2:30 and was put on hold for 30 mins with a very Rude person, who promised flowers would be there by 4:30 (when I leave for the day)flowers arrived at 5:05 pm , after I had left for the day.
