[redacted] Purchased a Acura cl from me (Great Buy Auto Sales) on March **, 2014,not April *,as he said, for the amount of $3,not $3,as he saidHe contacted my [redacted] while I was away with my family on May *,and said he had taken the car to the mechanic because the check engine light was on and was told the transmission was bad he was advised that I would get back to him next week when I returned to the officeHe then continued to call my [redacted] daily/several times a day being belligerentI have his statement from the mechanic where it says he only drove miles which is incorrect he drove over milesThe car had117,miles on it when I sold it to him, the day he took it in to the shop it had 120,miles on it a difference of 3,miles, I can not be held responsible for what has happen to the car after the amount of time and millage put on itHe test drove the car twice and was happy a t the time of purchaseThere was no check engine light on at that time or until months laterWe are willing to help as much as we can to satisfy our customers with in reason [redacted] ***

Hello my name is [redacted], I received an email about my complaint in regards to a car I had purchased. The response from the seller is false. The car had 118k miles when I saw the car. He is fully responsible and when I called the business I was not belligerent, that is another lie. I called looking to have my money refunded or everything fixed. He isn't the only person that runs the business. This is extremely unprofessional and I need a full refund, please.

The car had117,342 miles on it when I sold it to him, the day he took it in to the shop it had 120,348 miles on it a difference of 3,006 miles, I can not be held responsible for what has happen to the car after the amount of time and millage put on it. He test drove the car twice and was happy a t the time of purchase. There was no check engine light on at that time or until 2 months later. We are willing to help as much as we can to satisfy our customers with in reason.

Review: I purchased a 1999 Acura CL from Great Buy Auto Sales in Copiague NY. When I purchased the car, the seller informed that it had been taken to a mechanic and serviced. A month later the transmission needs to replaced. I took the car to my personal mechanic and was told that there is no way the seller did not know about the transmission. Meaning I was lied too and ripped off. I am a disabled veteran this is not professionalism. I contacted the seller numerous times to get a hold of them to bring my car in. No one answers, or I am told that I will be called back with a time to bring the car back, no one calls me back. The [redacted] takes my messages and does not return my phone calls. Now I am being told that individual whom sold me the vehicle may possibly of left the country. The dealer is now not giving me forward answers and seems to be playing games. Please I need your help, I need my transmission REPLACED!!!Desired Settlement: I want my transmission replaced, I was sold a car with a faulty transmission which has been slipping gears. The dealer ignores my claims, please help!
