The range was dropped off & installed by Kings, I believe they are confused because the receipt order states as "will pick up" but I can assure you that I NEVER picked this range up because I had no means of doing soThis is a case of buyer beware at its finest because if I was aware that I was dealing with an incompetent, unprofessional business such as Kings I would have reviewed my receipt more thoroughlySeems as though they conveniently made the mistake on the delivery to void any warranty from the get goHence, why would I buy a warranty if I knew me installing it would immediately void it? I wouldn't, but this is all irrelevant because at the heart my complaint is the unprofessional manner in which I was dealt with upon contacting KingsThe repeated delays and lack of assistance as my family & I struggled for WEEKS to merely feed ourselves, meanwhile Kings' representatives are trying wo wiggle out of a contract warranty over a mistaken technicality. %

Customer contacted *** requesting repairThe service request was turned over to an authorized service departmentThe service department informed *** that this was not a warranty repair problem and suggested contacting the extended warranty companyThe extended warranty company was
contacted but they also declined coverage.
