my daughter took her car in for a oil change, they asked if she wanted a tail light changed, she said no. but the changed it anyway and charged her $30 extra dollars. [redacted]Desired Settlementrefund of the $30[redacted]Business Response [redacted] April 20 2015 The Customer came in for an oil change to our location.During the oil change we checked the lights on the vehicle and our technicians found that both brake lights were out. We offered to change the bulbs and the customer agreed after we quoted the price of 14.99 per bulb installed. The customer then opened her trunk from the inside and we changed one bulb, made sure it worked then changed the next bulb. Then the customer paid for her oil change and 2 light bulbs. The invoice clearly shows both of bulbs and the oil change on the invoice. [redacted]. I feel that if the customer did not want the service done she wouldn't have popped her trunk open to access the bulbs nor would she have paid the price for the bulbs when she left. Not $30 Also we just changed the driver side bulb 2 days before taking it for a oil change.. My daughter told them that they could check the lights but not to change anything because it did not need to be done..
