Please be advised, While Great Cars and Trucks facilitated the sale of the Mazda to Ms. [redacted] , B&M Acceptance (BMAC) financed her purchase. BMAC did in fact charge Ms, [redacted] ’s card for an arranged scheduled payment of $360.00 on September 19th, 2014. This action was... around 11:30 AM. Upon learning that this was in error, BMAC refunded that same amount ($360.00) around 3:30 PM. on the same Day, September 19th , 2014. BMAC was in contact with Ms. [redacted] about this matter on that date. The referenced funds presumably were never withdrawn from Ms. [redacted] ’s account as the merchant service company for BMAC settled the day’s transactions around 7:00 PM. on September 19th, 2014. BMAC regrets any inconvenience to Ms. [redacted] . This was a mistake and was rectified immediately after it was discovered. B&M Acceptance Corp.
