I hired Great Central Restoration and Construction to put a roof on my new house on April 30th At this time the owner had full exposure to the project timelines and all of the details around the roof I had done business with this company in the past so felt safe paying Great Central in full at the time of service not holding back funding assuming they would complete the job, which they did not During the project the roofing team left the property until the chimney and other parts of the house were completed The issue is they never came back to finish the job as agreed After multiple calls from myself and my contractor the owner [redacted] said he was having issues getting the roofers to come back because of other jobs He stated that we should use another roofer to complete the work and charge him back for the remaining parts of the job We were able to find another company to finish the work and on August [redacted] asked for his charges/bill These were provided to him o

We are going to cancel the contract. There is some labor involved in this though so I will go through that and send the consumer a letter stating what they have coming back. We should have this to the customer within 2 weeks.
