Review: We went to the store to purchase some dry sea cucumber which they were selling at a very high price and claimed it was grade 'a' - which warranted the high price. we agreed and purchased the items - the store employee selected it for us and said it was the best. when we got home we realized the items were not the grade 'a' product that we paid for and in fact they subbed it out for grade 'b' or 'c' product which was a much lower price point. when we went back to the store the next day to complain and advised we wanted our money back, we were refused and instead offered an exchange for lower priced product. we are so disappointed that we did not get what we paid and this bait and switch practice was done. we cannot trust that what they are offering to 'exchange' will be of good quality so we just want our money back.Desired Settlement: we would like a refund.
