and paid in cashI ,
His card had actually gone throughOur stylist and manager didn't handle t~iS situation correctlyThis
situation could have been handled on the spot with both *** *** and our business being ok

Now months later I hope with the refund of the over payment, a gift cardlfor more haircuts, plus tip
that this will be satisfactory to all, especially the ***s! To say sorry for tHe inconvenience is to say
the least not enoughlet me know if you need anything else! !
