Great Computer Solutions recently helped us get our network configured after a lightening strike took out most of our network components. I had already installed the new components and configured most of the router. Just needed help with two access points and three networked printers. A competitor had only one way to charge us, a SKU that included taking the network components out of the box and connecting them. GCS took into consideration that I had already done some of the work and agreed on a fair price--they still made a profit, but I didn't get gouged. One more thing--I was willing to wait until Monday for service, but their tech (very professional BTW) came out to this location late in the afternoon on Friday. The work was done in the estimated time--almost to the minute. When our service contracts are complete with another company, I plan to find out what GCS will charge to service our computers.
