I bought a puppy from this company and they supposedly shipped it then I got a call to confirm address for delivery then hours later got a call to pay more money for insurance to finalize his flight, if not paid they would keep the puppy and I would be penalized by government agencies*** *** was the company to call me and I had a tracking number which showed that the puppy was where they were calling fromI had to pay the *** and it would be refunded upon arrivalI paid *** for the dog and then my husband got worried about the penalties so he paid the *** I have emails, calls and text messages from both companiesThe main company had all of thier t's crossedWhen I was buying the puppy they sent me a contract it stated that I would have day money back guarantee sent me lots of pictures of the puppy,a contract and an invoiceI was in contact with *** *** the entire timeNow I can not get a hold of anyone and I have no puppyI even put the tracking number in
