Review: Dropped off a 350.00 Jacket to get cleaned ... It got totally ruined when it was returned to me..Spoke to the manager about it and she contacted her supervisor, who agreed to call me after saw the jacket... It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back from them.. I called the manger who wouldn't disclose the supervisors info to ask whether they had reach a settlement about my jacket and she told me the supervisor has been ignoring her calls about the matter ..Desired Settlement: Would like a replacement (exact jacket)
