We understand the costumer's frustration and as a honest company we tried to work with the clientThe client was not willing to corporate with the discount given and decided to have her lawyer (*** ***) take over , after speaking with *** *** going back and forth , we finally
decided on a discount from $to $, because there were some charges on the contract that was never supposed to be added to the totalThe issue was settled on 9/**/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dealing with this company had put us in the emotional distress to the highest levelThey said that customer didn't listen to them and gave the matter in her lawyer's hand, I believe that this was the best decision we madewe know for sure if u didn't had the lawyer stepped in, we were no where in resolving this problemafter talking to the company for about three days without any discounts, ( estimated for $ 8300+ to 21000) they were not listening to us at all,plus they made threatening calls to me about putting my stuff into a dirty storage where Eddie(negotiator) said were bedbugs and mice and ticks etche said that I have children so we should not choose to let them put our stuff therewe had no choice but to hire a lawyer to resolve this mattereven my lawyer said that this company is a fraud and these people are crooks, he advised us that he will negotiate the price down with them so we can get our stuff from them first then go after them. when they said that they have given us the discount.s who gives $21000, to$ 12,discount of $8,without involving the professional lawyer.we paid our lawyer his legal fee of $1200/- on top of $12,200. they had came in my house on day with fraude intentionsi showed Mr M** all bedrooms , basement,outside shed and basketball hoophe knew exactly what he saw and gave me an estimate under $and after loading the truck it became more than double.our purpose is to expose this fraudulent moving company, so other people can be aware of themmy family had dealt with huge pain and depression at the time of our movemoving itself is stressful, on top of these kind of fraud businesses only add the worst of the situation for people.I want to sue them for the pain and suffering that my family had experienced. the extra charges that we paid to them ($this includes the lawyers fee too)and lastly to expose them to save other people from this business.please help us to inform others not to hire these crooks.thanks for ur help

[redacted]  shipment was picked up on 7/**/16 with  requested delivery date on 7/**/2016 ,  even though the client had a dispute with the total amount charge , we dispatched the shipment to meet their delivery request date , we explained to the client that the shipment is in...

transit and we are going to work with them on the price. The driver got to the delivery destination and the client refused to answer the phone , the office tried several time and got no answer as well, we had no other choice but to put the shipment in storage. [redacted] reached out to the DOT and the issue with the pricing was resolved ,  the total charge stayed at the original estimate of $2640.  We explained to Mr . L[redacted] from the DOT that the client will have to pay their balance of $2640 , once they make the payment they can have access to the storage information to pickup their shipment , because we ill not be making a second delivery, he told us to reach out to the customer and work it out.    We reached out the the client and explained to them that since we attempted to deliver their shipment and was unable to reach anyone , they will be responsible for taking their shipment from the storage unit once the payment of $2640 is paid in full. They refuse to paid the balance and it's very hard to communicate with them.   The client shipment is still in the storage unit in GA.    We want to resolve the issue, we want the client to have their shipment as soon as possible , but they are not willing to corporate.
