I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This does not address any of our concerns, and the response is not truthful. We have never before had an issue with any other contractor, nor have we ever not paid any other contractor in full. Voyager Builders has neglected to leave out why repairs were done and extra costs were incurred. Contrary to Voyager Builders' theory, there was not a master plan to build any structure other than what was represented in the drawings at the time we entered into the contract. The truth is that many errors were made and attempted to be covered upThis was not part of our plan, this was incompetence on the part of Voyager Builders. Waterproofing was done because there was a gap in the foundation. We do not consider this an upgrade we requested nor a cost that we caused. We could defend each of these points and it is their word against ours. The fact of the matter is that we did not get what we were promised, and the workmanship is not of a reasonable standard. We have photos that have not been manipulated showing this. The reason for our complaint and withholding funds is because this is the only recourse a homeowner has against a contractor that comes into a home and builds something other than what was agreed upon and completes it with the poor quality of workmanship done by Voyager Builders
