I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]
Our investigation into the complaint led us to discover that when the insurance payment from the VA was posted by our staff, the adjustment was not properly posted This has been corrected and the patient balance has been adjusted to reflect a zero balance There is no patient responsibility and a statement indicating the $balance will be sent out to her for her records
