Review: Have not received delivery of their newspaper since September--received 3 copies. I have paid for September, October, and November. After several emails I was told to call the 800 number to cancel my subscription. The 800 number is never answered. I am also contacting my credit card company about the charges for a product/service I never received. This is the second time I will be canceling this service--4 years ago-- as I gave them another chance. This was the same reason I originally cancelled this service. The problem with delivery seems to be commonplace.Desired Settlement: Refund for September, October and November to include the "tip" amount for the driver I never see.

I order a daily physical subscription to the Great Falls Tribune, but it never arrived. So I called, told them my issue, and they said I'll get the paper in the next few days. So I wait... with no newspaper. So I call once AGAIN and I'm told the same thing. After a month of overall waiting, I gave up, called, and demanded a refund (which I received).
