EVERY TIME I CALLED OR USE TO WALK INTO THE OFFICE CARRIE TAYLOR WAS ALWAYS THE FIRST PERSON I SAW. THE REASON I NOTICED HER FIRST WAS SHE SEEMED TO BE THE ONE TO GREET EVERYBODY WITH A NICE SMILE AND CALM VOICE. AN SHE ALWAYS KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND TALKED ABOUT. EVERY TIME I WALKED IN AND SEEN SOMEONE WALKING AWAY FROM HER DESK THEY HAD A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. I ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON MY FACE WHEN I LEFT TOO. SHE WAS SO EASY TO TALK TOO. SO I TOLD A COUPLE OF MY CO WORKERS HOW PLEASANT SHE WAS TO TALK TO THEY WENT AN SAW HER. AN WHEN I CALL ON THE PHONE I ASK FOR HER TO BECAUSE ONE TIME I GOT ANOTHER LADY AND SHE SEEMED SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHER WITH. WHEN CARRIE ANSWER THE PHONE SHE ALWAYS SHES VERY INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND IS VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU HAVING HER ON YOUR TEAM.

Agent Colleen *** doesn't return phone calls and wrote my policy incorrectly, leaving me with lapse of home owner's insurance.
On 4/25/18 Colleen *** sent an email stating she would send the homeowner's binder for my new policy to my mortgage company. Also, she stated my previous insurance would cancel automatically and I didn't need to make any more phone calls as it would "all work itself out." 3 weeks later I find out that my mortgage company never received anything from her. I called her and left a message along with several emails, and did not receive a call back or a return email. I spoke with the mortgage company again and they called her themselves and they were able to get the policy from her. Meanwhile, the coverage for my new homeowner's insurance was suppose to start on 4/29/2018. Over the course of the following few weeks, I called Colleen *** numerous times with no call back. Finally, I received new homeowner's insurance information in the mail with a policy date of 5/25/18 leaving me responsible for 4/29-5/25 out of my own pocket. Along with having a one month lapse in coverage, I read through my policy and found she added a pool with a screened enclosure, both of which, I do not have. On 06/08/18, I called Colleen *** and another woman named Susie answered. I explained the situation to Susie and she said Colleen was on the phone. (Colleen is always "on the phone" and will not return my phone calls after Susie tells her I've called) I stressed to Susie that Colleen needed to call me back before she left the office due to the time constraints of my situation, how badly this situation has become and how negligent this agent has been.
Lo and behold, no return phone call from Colleen. I have all the emails saved where she stated she was taking care of things and that I didn't need to worry.
