I had a purchased version of Bridge Baron on my old tablet, but when I replaced my tablet and transferred my data to the new one, all my apps transferred except Bridge Baron. Communication with Great Game Products reached a dead end. Most of the responses were not even relevant to my situation. Although at one point they agreed that I should not have to buy the software again, there was no followup and the rest of the responses again were not relevant. Eventually they quit responding altogether. Terrible lack of customer support!
I purchased Bridge Baron 22 from Great Games Products, in March of 2015. I paid nearly $60 for the game. When I purchased the game, I downloaded it to my computer. There was no disc offered. In fact, I later ordered and paid for a second version for another device.
Suddenly, Bridge Baron can't be played on my computer after three years. Instead of the game loading, so I can play, as usual, I receive a notice that I must fill in a form on which I tell the company the serial number of the game. Since I downloaded the game directly from the company, for two different devices, at two different times, and never received a disc, I have no way of knowing what the serial number is on Bridge Baron 22.
Obviously, Great Games has me on record as an owner of Bridge Baron 22, because the notice they sent comes to my email.
I believe this is a way to get owners of older versions of the Bridge Baron games to pay for new versions. I don't need a new version. I want my game to stop being held hostage by Bridge Baron. Great Games has me on record as an original owner of the game I downloaded on both devices. Meanwhile, the Bridge Baron 22 version I own is being kept from play by Great Game Products. I've never used Tweet before, but if I don't hear from Grreat Games, my next move will be to tweet about this scam where a company provides a buyer with a download of a game, but not the physical disc.

I am rejecting this response because: that was not the issue. I complained that Great Games did not service my Bridge Baron 24. After my complaint to Revdex.com they contacted me and help got rid of the defective Bridge Baron 24 and they set me up with a new one. My problem is resolved. Their response had nothing to do with my problem. My Bridge Baron 24 was activated but corrupted.

demos of our product. This is a very common practice with software companies. Software companies will often include demo of other products the customer may want to purchase. Our company has seen this many times, where a customer will think they purchased a demo product when they did not.We have contacted this person and explained she did not purchase the demo but only Bridge Baron 24.To our understanding the issue has been resolved and there was a misunderstanding of what was purchased.Thanks,Thomas T[redacted]Great Game Products
I can't save my password. Their telephone message says computer is down...I wonder how long that message has been there and when it will resolve. Bridge Baron is a good product but their service is terrible. I got an email saying they don't support password saving on browsers????
