Great Gas & Oil Co

I purchased propane gas from Great Gas & Oil Co I owned a lbtank already and I dropped it off at their place of business in order for them to install their equipment and fill the tank The tank was delivered to my home on March 10, and hookthe tank to my home's gas line When I say hooked-up, it was not that simple, the service representative performed pressure tests of my home gas line, checked the valves to my fire place, and tested the connections on the tank outsideI appreciated the effort in this service The gas in the tank lasted, as long as I can recall using it, until mid April as there were still some cold days Fast forward until November, when the gas truck came around to fill my tankThe service representative upon my asking informed me that there was about 10-gallons of gas remaining in the tank as was evident by the sound and weight of the tank when tilted He demonstrated this "test" and showed the estimated height of the remaining gas in the tank with hand gesture I asked about how much gas will fit in this tank to fill it; he replied about gallons I asked about the longevity of the gas in a tank this size and estimated my use of the gas and the equipment that was running on the gas tankHe suspected that there could be a gas leak but I did not think so since the tank had been installed for over seven months and the tank was not emptyHe filled the tank with gallonsand departed I used the fire place that the tank is attached to less than six times since the tank was refilled and on November, the gas was low to the point that the fire place will not stay lighted After this finding I inspected the tank outside to find that a brass fitting (maybe a bleeder valve) is only finger tight My guess is that this could be avoided easily by the service representative conducting an inspection of the fittings on the multivalve that as part of the service fee to refill the tank, I pay for them to maintainThe service representative was I nice guy and he did tell me that it was his first or second week on the job All this taken in account after three weeks I have no gas Upon calling the Great Gas & Oil Co service desk/office, I was surprised at the push back and blame on me for what ever the issue was to cause a lbtank to run empty All of this talk over the telephone when I am sure a service representative would need to evaluate what ever the issue could beEquipment that was last touched by a service person could be at faultI am waiting for an evaluationI wonder if a gas station attendant didn't put your gas cap back on your car if a similar shift in blame would be appropriate?
