Re: ID *** Magic Creations must stand by our response of 12/29/The customer is incorrect in her assertion that “the sample that was displayed at the trade show didn’t have any blemishes”Trade show samples are kept for one year and this sample is still in Magic Creations possession and it does in fact have several cosmetic blemishesAlso all Magic Creations orders are subject to the terms and conditions printed on our sales orders; this is clearly stated on the front of each sales orderIn addition, section 9.cof Magic Creations terms and conditions clearly states all merchandise returned to Magic Creations “shall be freight prepaid by purchaser” and will “be subject to a restocking charge of 35% of the purchase price”Recognizing that the customer made a mistake in purchasing this item we are offering to waive the 35% restocking chargeConsequently, we repeat our offer:As an accommodation Magic Creations will offer the following solution: The customer can return the merchandise freight prepaid to Magic CreationsA refund will be sent for all compartment trays that are received in good condition and in the original Magic Creations packaging.Magic Creations Customer Service

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hi,Attached are pictures of one damaged dishMagic Creations had offered to accept the return of the merchandise freight paid by *** *** *** which is not practical, since freight costs of two ways is almost more than that of the value of the damaged plates.My suggestion is that I count exactly how many are damaged and they reimburse me for that amountI am willing to keep the merchandise that is not damaged.Thank you,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was greatly distressed to receive the letter from Magic Creations and all the in inaccuracies written thereI'm sure they are a company who wants to build their reputation on honesty and would like to resolve this issue in a fair and ethical wayThe sample that was displayed at the trade show didn't have any blemishes, whereas the pieces that were delivered to me the majority were damaged enough to render them useless and unsellableI paid a significant amount to have them delivered and I am left with cases of useless materialIt is Magic Creations responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping of the damaged merchandise and to refund me completely, including what I paid for the shipping as they had said they would(as per our emails)
I placed my order with them having been reassured that they are a company that stands behind their productI'm sure they wouldn't spoil their reputation over $250! I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter in a fair way

Review: I purchased ceramic plates that arrived damaged. I contacted them repeatedly regarding the issue via email and phone and sent pictures of the damaged goods. This has been going on for several months and I have yet to get a response. The only form of payment they would accept was a check and now I see why. They don't refund for damaged merchandise that they sell and this is a great tactic so that you can't dispute the credit card charge.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full amount I paid for the goods which is $225 plus $82.57 shipping. Total $307.57.
