On 3/4/16, I placed an order with GHW for the Omega XL introductory offer of two bottles (gel caps ea., enough for first month), at the price of $ I rec'd it after weeks However, on 3/16/16, I was contacted by GHW to discuss automatic monthly shipments I said I hadn't even rec'd the product yet, so how would I know? The woman, "C-----", said there is a 90-day refund policy, so nothing is lost She said that the monthly cost (for one bottle of caps) would be $ I explained that I am living on disability insurance and couldn't afford that, so I said I would like to cancel any future shipments She asked me to hold for a moment, and when she came back, she said that they could give me a special price of $(which would include s+h) So I told her I would go ahead with the regular shipments On April 21, 2016, I noticed a charge in my bank account of $from GHW (for my second shipment) I called and spoke with a different rep (they were unable to connect me with Carmen), who told me that, "You must have spoken with someone in our Educational Department and they didn't note that in your account." I said, nonetheless, I wished to cancel any future shipments and get my $refunded immediately She tried to cajole me by telling me that this is highly unusual and never happens, and that I had spoken with the wrong person I said it didn't matter with whom I had spoken, the president or a janitor This person was representing GHW On top of that, not only did they NOT charge the agreprice of $48.90, they didn't even charge me the regular price of $68.95, No, they charged me $89.85, an additional $!!! I said I still wanted to cancel because I didn't want to have to worry each month if I was going to get ripped off again I had to tell this person three times that I wanted to cancel in no uncertain terms And I have taken the Omega XL for a month now, and still have the same joint pain as before; nothing has changed I am still waiting for my refund Good luck with this company, but keep an eye on your funds

I called Great Healthworks today to have them refund and stop all auto-shipments to my year old motherShe placed an order 4/for vitamin supplements that cost her $and requested only the one shipment, she did not want an auto-ship as she is on a fixed income and wanted to try these supplementsLow and behold on 5/there was a withdrawal from her account for $which she did not authorizeDuring the first call to them last week the customer service rep said she would be receiving a credit for the $within 3-daysOne week later no refund, we called again and this time we were told that the credit could take up to days that it was an error on the part of the first rep we spoke to, and this time they managed to convince her to keep the supplements that were already shipped and she would be put on a day auto shipNonsense, this company prey's on the elderlyWhen I called today I was given to someone who said they were a supervisor and guaranteed me that she would get a refund in the amounts of $and $and that it would be expeditedI warned them that if the refund was not issued and her name taken off their auto ship list I would be filing a complaint through the Revdex.com and my Congressman's office, I will also contact the news agency to make everyone aware of their schemesI hope they stand by their word otherwise every social media outlet will be put on warning about their unethical practices

Ordered arthritis supplement and saw nowhere either on the television commercial or website that you are signing up for ongoing automatic orders! The website and TV commercial both say you get two bottles of OmegaXL for the price of one, $plus shipping and handling, that much is trueIt says, if not completely satisfied your initial order can be returned within days of purchaseNOWHERE does it say you are signing on for automatic continuing shipmentsThis is not at all fair to the consumerIf you haven't even tried this supplement how would you know if you would want to continue with itSurely this is illegalThere were two bottles of each, there hasn't even been enough time to use all those yetThis time they charge my debit card over dollarsShouldn't a company have to tell you if you are signing on for continuing charges? Some months I don't even have an extra dollarsI don't even have my bills automatically taken out of my bank accountI would never sign up for something like thisShamefully underhanded way of doing business!!!

My elderly mother purchased the product to try out and decided she no longer wanted the product Returned two shipments and was billed again Called and was mysteriously hung up on twice when trying to confirm cancellation On the third attempt was finally able to keep a representative on the line to process cancellation Felt company takes advantage of elderly customers by using high pressure tactics to convince them to continue with product Customer service rep keep trying to convince her to continue with product after repeated requests to process cancellation

I agree that once an initial order is placed, the product begins to come fast and furious and before I knew it I had months of product before needing it. This made me cancel so that I could use up what I had. At first I found the product to give a "fishy" after affect; however, this settled down after a few months.

The best part of Omega XL that I experienced was that having taken it for several months had my body prepped to keep inflammation under control. This was proven to me after having a surgery that is known to have a very painful post surgery affect and recovery. I was spared the pain and had a speedy recovery. The surgeon was utterly surprised and wondered what I had done to ease the inflammation (which is what causes the pain and slows the healing). I could only attribute it to the quality of the Omega XL.

I just wish I could continue to afford it. I do believe they need to adjust the auto ship process. They always sent out two months worth each month so it was overload. How about auto shipping every 2nd month as an option?

When I called to cancel the auto delivery, they were polite and understanding and they did as I asked.

This company is a scam. They will rip you off and find ways to keep charging your cards. It is impossible to cancel with them. They put you on hold and never answer. They also claim they are supper busy with orders but its just an excuse to make you wait. They don't reply emails unless you tell them you are trying to place an order. They need to be out of business. They take advantage of the elderly. WHAT A SHAME THIS COMPANY IS. PLEASE BE WARNED DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
