We wish to make it clear that all work by Great Home Painting is done by employeeBob, the owner only does estimates and schedulingHe does not do physical laborWe are truly sorry for his poor health and wish him a full recovery
However this bathroom has not been functional since April The other bathroom involved and the hallway has paint all over the floor because we anticipated new flooring to follow the paintingWe have been greatly inconvenienced as well as were our out-of-town guests this summerNow the Holidays are here and we will have more guests coming
The problems we have had with this company started well before the owner's health problem surfaced
We were labeled as terrible people by employees, Gary and Dan, who were justly fired for unsatisfactory repair and paint work on our jobThe owner Bob, said that after this incident, no one in his company wants to work on our job
The owner promised, twice before over the past few months and recently again, to bring in new workers to do the floorWe were left waiting - no one was ever scheduledOur repeated calls always go to message but they are not returned
Now we have a bad working relationship with the ownerHe has unfairly labeled us with vicious, unfounded, accusations
It seems that the best solution is for the company to issue us a refundHe could then be relieved of this problem and could concentrate on his health issues and we could get on with our lives
This would also save us from pursuing this with the PA Attorney General, *** ***, leaving a bad Revdex.com report and giving the company a bad reviewWe would like to settle this amicably with a refund instead

Our owner , Bob, has been suffering from a serious disease. He has been having some negotiations to resolve this complaint. It is my understanding that we are awaiting further information in order to negotiate a satisfactory settlement.

Our owner has been stricken with a serious disease. We are hoping to resolve this matter when he can get back to the office

Although this complaint is really ridiculous we will return the deposit in the coming gays

Review: Failure to finish painting and power washing exterior of house.Does not answer repeated phone calls or return calls.Message on answer machine says to RUN.Had to hire another contractor to finish the house.Business also registered with [redacted] list.Desired Settlement: would like to be compensated for hiring another contractor.

This is in response to complaint # [redacted] vs Great Home Painting.

I mailed a bank check off to them today to their home address, I called [redacted] and told her it was on its way. the amount was $350.00 Repeated unanswered phone calls were due to no staff in the office and the owner in and out of the hospital. he has since hired someone and his health is fine. As far as the message on the answering machine, there was a mix up of lines when tried to have calls forwarded. We have no idea whose message that was or where it came from.
