I am writing in response to the above referenced complaint against my business, Snappy Services, LLC.  I am not sure what basis [redacted] has in claiming that I "used his name as a Google review". I did not do any such thing; apparently there is more than one [redacted] in Indiana...

and the [redacted] that I performed work for reviewed my company. I have attached the original Google Review along with the second review (which was derogatory) that apparently was written by the [redacted] that filed this complaint with your office. (It is clear by the icon preceding the reviews that they are two entirely different people) I have also attached a copy of the original invoice from the work that I did for [redacted].
