I spoke with our accounts payable person, [redacted], and she stated that we sent  2 payments of $187.25 ($374.50) to the church.  We also sent in a final payment of $374.50 in January. I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and she said she never received the final payment. We checked with our...

bank ([redacted]) and they show that the check was never cashed.
 
We are going to send out another check to replace the missing one in the amount of $374.50.
 
Please have Mrs [redacted] contact you once she receives the payment so we can close this complaint.
