I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.taking the the vehicle back to them to do something they could not do properly the first time was not an option to me. And considering I did not drive the vehicle in the winter time with the exception of driving it to their shop it is very unlikely that it was knocked back to the factory settings.

The customer was referred to us by the company that installed his tires and wheels and having an aftermarket suspension installed. It’s a little unusual for a customer that is not satisfied to not call or return to voice their displeasure and provide us the opportunity to address or correct an...

issue since our work is fully guaranteed. To the best of everyone’s knowledge, the customer never called or returned to voice any displeasure with the work until this notice was received.  After several months could the truck have gone out of alignment with the conditions of the roads this past winter, possibly. I have attached a copy of the alignment sheet to verify the before measurements as well as the current measurements after alignment corrections were made to dispute the statement “did not look like anything had been done in the first alignment”.  Had the customer returned to the store his paperwork could have been pulled from that day’s activity and reviewed with him.  Also, at that time our alignment specialist with 35 years of experience could have put the truck on the alignment rack to verify the current alignment measurements months later were versus what the previous measurements were when the truck left the store on 2/6/15.
