This company has refused or slowed down the services that my insurance has approved I'm stuck in my house with only easement I'm or out and it's an electric lift I'm approved by insurance and ordered by my physician for a ramp to the backyard Not having this ramp is not only inconvenient but is a safety risk I needed a second exit in case of fire And one that's not electric
Secondly there have been numerous problems with other services from transportation, medical supplies, and other home improvements for a newly disabled client
Thirdly I have tones of a few days without my routine medications due to them not being approved in a timely manner These are meds that don't change from month to month and are essential to my survival and comfort I go without my meds for a few days e
I flew in from Colorado for a eye procedure to *** Eye Institute the end of January Our driver was almost always late and very unreliable We were late to appointments and even being picked up at the airport We ended up calling and setting up the times hours in advance just to make sure we would get there on time At the end, we rented a car I know that they are contracted for Workers Comp services so wanted to let you know I flew in on March 9th again from Colorado for an appointment at 10:on March 10, The driver was to pick me up at 9:and I called on the 9th to confirm this The driver was well over an hour late and when I called OneCall, they said he was not answering his phone and had actually turned the phone off My flight was later the same day and it put a major inconvenience on the doctor to try to fit me in and for me to get to my flight I do not want to ever have to deal with this again but have many trips to *** Eye Institute in
Been trying to find out why they are holding up on medical devices that are paid for life but the person who is supposed to handle this NEVER answers their phone, goes straight to voice mailIn over a month this person has not returned my calls or the vendor's calls trying to get PO numberCameron B***, the person supposedly in charge of the account, is either a non-person (robot), or a very incompetent one, or a scam artist which I am beginning to believe is true of the whole company
This company calls our home at 5:in the morning They could easily check that we are on the Pacific coast by validating the location of the area code I'm not sure if they are rude or incompetent, but sales calls before sunrise are totally unacceptable
