Review: doctor said that the records would have to be mailed to me. I requested to pick them up instead and she stated that the doctor said that if I were to pick them up, I would have to pay $30.00 (this is illegal). Three days later, I still have not received the records and the office will not answer my calls.Desired Settlement: Receipt of my medical records.
