First of all, I did not make any scene and I was not disrespectful with the employee. At the time I had my 10 year old daughter with me. I thanked the clerk and advised that was not the model I thought it was. To make comments that are un true and are an attempt to question by character because I filed claim with the BBB are outrageous. I'm a creditable witness in common pleas and municipal courts and lies about me will result in contacting an attorney. My complaint is with the misleading advertising. The rifle pictured was not the one being sold. The retail price was advertised as $999 was not the price of the gun being sold. Your own retail price on the gun being sold was in the upper $600s not $999 like advertised. Note the stepped barrel in the ad. That gun being sold was not that model. I will send pictures of the ads. I believe that you have since corrected your advertising. What I would like out of this dispute is the advertised (pictured) gun for the advertised price and an apology for making up lies about my behavior. I'm sure there is video and audio of the visit and the call prior to the visit. The defamation of my character is outrageous.

Business has gone above and beyond to work with the consumer and nothing offered to the
consumer is ever acceptable
Consumer comes into the business and makes a scene while other customers are in the store and his actions affect the business.
Business owner has since contacted his attorney to have consumer band from all locations
