We had a new hot water heater installed today by Ernie Mat Great Lakes Plumbing, Heating & Coand had a great experience Ernie was both professional and helpful throughout the process, and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had along the way Amy at Great Lakes also provided great service on the front end during quoting and scheduling Overall, we couldn't have picked a better company with better people to help us with our new water heater, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great products and great service Thank you, Great Lakes Plumbing, Heating & Co.!

So pleased with my service from GLP...from initial emergency call in to Amy & her compassionate support, through the installation of my new water heater by Eldon Eldon was on time, very professional & friendly, and very neat I had a mess from the old water heater, but you'd never know he had hauled that old water heater out, & installed a new water heater...as well as installing new venting tubes, piping & gas/water valves! The work space was SPOTLESSwhen he left! On a scale of to 10, I rate Eldon from GLP a Could not be happier!

Dave was very knowledgeable about the Nest Thermostat and made sure we understood it's functions He didn't leave until he confirmed it worked and we confirmed we could access it from our Nest accounts
