It's been years since I had a motorcycle accident on Rattlesnake Road near Bartlett Lake east of Cave Creek, AZI can reflect on the good and the bad of that experienceThe good was the care I received at *** *** in ScottsdaleThe bad was my experience with Desert Hills TowingThe police called Desert Hills to pick up my bikeI was laying in the hospital waiting for surgery on my kneeI called Desert Hills and told them I had free towing with Indian Motorcycle and I wanted them to pick up the bike and take it to my home in PhoenixI got the run around from these crooks for two daysThey wouldn't answer or return my callsI finally talked to someone and then was told they couldn't give the bike to anyone but the registered ownerI said "I'm laying in hospital waiting for surgerykind of hard for me to pick up the bike? Then he tells me I would have to fax him a copy of my drivers license and a letter signed by a Notary giving Indian permission to pick up my bike from themThese *** were stalling me and racking up the storage feesIt took time to get a Notary to come to the hospital and sign a letter for me and charge me $to do itI finally got the bike towed from these crooks to my home after days of storage and having to pay them nearly $They obviously took advantage of my situation of being in hospital and not being able to physically get to them to pick up my bike in person Karma is a *** and I hope within the last couple of years something bad has happened to this owner and/or his familyYou DO NOT take advantage of people for your own personal monetary gain as you did to me
