We contacted [redacted] today and informed him that we will be sending out a new generator....

The shipment will be made via Custom Companies on 10/8/2014. The independent service we were working with has not responded so we feel this is the best way to resolve the issue.

Did speak to the company on the 8th and was told a new generator would be mailed to me. It is now the 18th and I have not received the new generator nor have I been contacted about when the delivery would be made. Hopefully it is on its way but at the 10 day mark for me to repond the problem has not been solved, which is replacing the generator. Hope to update soon if generator is received.

It's my understanding that the generator was delivered 10/22. Hopefully all is well.
