On June 5th *** *** came and laid recycled asphalt on our drivewayWe were promised approximately inches that would harden just like a regular asphalt but without the extremely dark black colorInstead we got nothing but extremely expensive gravel that has grass and weeds growing up through it everywhere, divots from our vehicles, and now potholes forming on the driveway itselfWhen we first contacted *** he came by and agreed that it was not how it was supposed to beWe contacted the company numerous times and we were told numerous times that they would come and fix the driveway *** *** told us at least times that he would come, and never once showedWe tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt many timesWe moved our vehicles off the driveway onto the grass many times just to not have them show up We then asked the owner of the company *** *** to contact us, he did and stated that he would have *** come and fix the driveway but once again that n
