Have had nothing but positive experiences in my 14 years going here.

We have a new puppy but I can not believe this place is standard proceedured for the industry. Our first appointment they made us wait 40 minutes! To that they had every excuse in the book. We gave them another change on our next appointment 30 days latter. Well our fault this time it was 30 minutes late for the appointment. My wife this time mentioned it to the Vet instead of tghe front desk and again they all seem, to have it down pat with excuses. I am not sure why they feel that their time is more important than mine and my families but stay away from this place. History will tell you that two strike and you are out. Especially when their was no apology and nothing but excuses. If they ever take accountability for their actions only then will things change. Our vote for them is simply go somewhere else. Why have appointment times if you can not keep them, what is the point?
