RESPONSE TO Revdex.com CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FROM *** ***
June 20,
On 5-23-2016-2016, our company provided tirechange service for *** ***’s Nissan Frontier
Mrs*** wants:
1) Our company to pay, in full, for the service
they recently had done on their vehicle
My response is as follows:
Having read the complaint what I become most aware of is that upon completion of the tire change service there was no mention of damages to the vehicle; our driver looked and confirmed to the customer that no damage had occurred and Mrs*** makes no mention of disagreeing with my driverAs a matter of fact, I can only take from her written words that she, at the time service was completed, agreed with my driver’s assessment that no damage took place since no “complaint of damage” was established before he left the scene
The first notification I received of any damage to the vehicle was over a week after we provided service; a total of days went by without any contact from the customerNow once we have completed service and leave the scene we no longer have any “control over or knowledge of” what conditions the vehicle may have been exposed to/ where the vehicle may have been driven/who may have had access to vehicle; in other words, we have no way of knowing if this damage was caused by us or by the vehicle being operated/worked on/driven, etc
As I stated to Mr***, due to the length of time between the service date and the time of notification, there are too many variables that could be the reason for the damage(s)
Thank you Revdex.com, as always, for the option to respond to all consumer’s complaintsIt is very much appreciated to have the opportunity to provide our evaluation of the facts

RESPONSE TO Revdex.com CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FROM [redacted]
February 10, 2016
On 2-2-2016, @ 21:33, our company impounded a 2010 [redacted], Registered Owner [redacted], for parking in an area clearly designated by signage as a “No Parking, Snow Removal between the months of October through April” location. The...

management for this property contracted us to provide Parking Enforcement to prevent all vehicles from parking in this location, we have our impound signage visible on the property along with the above mentioned signage.
Now Mr. [redacted] felt because it was not snowing he should be able to park in an area clearly designated “No Parking between the months of October through April”; this was his major argument, validating he saw the sign and chose to park there anyway. He argued this point for some time, all the while being asked, repeatedly, to stop yelling. Now apparently he accepted that approach was not working because he then started arguing, loudly again, about not being able to pick up his vehicle afterhours. Having reviewed our afterhours dispatch log for all calls pertaining to [redacted] I saw no request to retrieve an impounded vehicle during afterhours; as a matter of fact, the first call on the afterhours log assigned to [redacted], which is an inquiry of vehicle impoundment only, was at 7:52 am, 2-3-2016.
Mr. [redacted]’s first call to “set up vehicle release” was at 8:25 am and within approximately 20 minutes of the request he was in our office and the release process started. Mr. [redacted] was provided ALL documents required of us to provide a registered owner upon release of impounded vehicle. Upon payment of $235.00, an impound fee amount that a tow company within the Anchorage Municipality, by law, can charge the Registered Owner of an impounded vehicle, Mr. [redacted] recouped possession of his [redacted]. He was treated with respect and got his vehicle back to him within an hour or less from the time of his request at 8:25 am.
Mr. [redacted] wants:
1)    company penalized for violating the code and terrible service.
Now, it seems to me that Mr. [redacted] came into our work place and that he was loud, rude, and presumptuous. He believed that because the area was designated a “No Parking, Snow Removal between the months of October through April” location, and that due to lack of snow he could park there; common sense told him so. He was badgering with the “common sense” argument and between his yelling and attempting to intimidate he had staff on-edge.
In summation, we provided this Registered Owner the ability to retrieve his impounded vehicle within 20 minutes of the call to “set up vehicle release”; we provided all documentation required of us per the “Consumer Bill of Rights,” a document that is required by law be provided to the registered owner of any vehicle when they come for retrieval of vehicle. He was provided a picture showing the violation and an invoice breaking down the fees. Other than giving back the vehicle at no charge I do not believe we could have done anything that would have satisfied Mr. [redacted].
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint.
