On September 23, at 10:07a.m., the complainant, [redacted] , and a friend called to make two last minute appointments for wash and blow driesWe were able to accommodate their request as we had two appointments available at 10:45a.mAs stated in an email to [redacted] on September 26, 2017, we are very sorry to hear they were not satisfied with the service they receivedFor the last years we pride ourselves on giving excellent serviceThat being said, [redacted] hair (which took minutes) as well as her friend’s hair, (which took hour) looked beautiful when they left the salonNeither client complained or made their stylist aware of any dissatisfaction, (in fact, according to our stylist of years, [redacted] was very happy with her hair.) If they had, we certainly would have taken care of any problem at the time of their serviceIt makes one wonder is complaining/contacting Revdex.com a common occurrence for them? As you can verify, this is the first complaint we have ever received with Revdex.com in years! 2017, we are very sorry to hear they were not satisfied with the service they received. For the last 30 years we pride ourselves on giving excellent service. That being said, [redacted] hair (which took 45 minutes) as well as her friend’s hair, (which took 1 hour) looked beautiful when they left the salon. Neither client complained or made their stylist aware of any dissatisfaction, (in fact, according to our stylist of 12 years, [redacted] was very happy with her hair.) If they had, we certainly would have taken care of any problem at the time of their service. It makes one wonder…is complaining/contacting Revdex.com a common occurrence for them? As you can verify, this is the first complaint we have ever received with Revdex.com in 30 years!
