We receive a call from [redacted] on Thursday, July 14th to place an order for cake pops (for 7/27/2016) and she wanted to use an expired Groupon (from 2014).  We took the order, and a contract was sent via email on 7/17/2016.  The contract due date was 7/18/2016.  We received no...

response, and sent a reminder email on 7/21/2016.  Again, we received no response.  We left a voicemail for her on 7/22/2016 informing her that they contract due date had passed, and the order would be cancelled on 7/24/2016 if we didn't hear from her.  We received no call back.  We only process orders when we have a signed contract, which we never received.  The order was canceled on 7/24/2016 based on that fact.  Please review the attached document that show the date the contract was created, sent and re-sent.  Also, there is a record of the phone call made on 7/22/2016.I have also added a screen shot of the emails I found from and to [redacted].  I did find one from 2015 that was not returned, and for that I apologize.  But there were no other emails found from her at all.We did receive a voicemail from her this morning, but that is the only voicemail I have logged for her since the date her order was placed.We are sorry that she is upset she didn't receive her treats, but we made every attempt to contact her via email and phone to solidify the order.  We will gladly deliver treats for her at a later time, given all contracts and payments are made by the due dates we set.  Exquisite Cupcakes won't be providing a refund at this time based on the fact that [redacted] purchased her voucher from Groupon.  She will need to contact them for a refund, is she chooses to go that route.
