Dear Sir/Madame,I am writing this letter to respond to the formal complaint against my business. The customer came to our store for a fill of solar nails on Fri or Sat She paid $for the service On the following Monday, she came back and said she was not happy with it We had a three (3) days policy to fix whatever the customers did not like She was out of this period but we have agreed to fix it for her anyway Again it was a fill but the customer demanded a brand new set which costs about $ She did not want to pay and made a big scene in our store She was loud and rude to my staff and other customers in the store at that time I believe that she left during about half way of our attempt to fix her nails She came back on Tuesday and we demanded a new different Signature Nails System (SNS), not solar nails Again our staff was very professional and tried to please the customerWe got her a new set again she was rude and loud All our customers and staff on that day were witnessed a horrific experience We all shook our heads with disappointments and embarrassmentBy the way, she did not pay a peny more for her 2nd set of nails and now she wants a full refund? We are running an ethical business here We always are trying to make it right but sometimes that wasn’t enough for some unreasonable people who think that they can just simply make a scene so they can get goods and services for FREE I hope this clarify our situation

three (3) days policy to fix whatever the customers did not like. She was out of this period but we have agreed to fix it for her anyway. Again it was a fill but the customer demanded a brand new set which costs about $45. She did not want to pay and made a big scene in our store. She was loud and rude to my staff and other customers in the store at that time. I believe that she left during about half way of our attempt to fix her nails. She came back on Tuesday and we demanded a new different Signature Nails System (SNS), not solar nails. Again our staff was very professional and tried to please the customer.
