At this time, I have been contacted directly by Great Neck Saavy Service Station regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved
because:
I spoke with *** ***, the *** of Customer Service at Gulf Oil Limited Partnership, on September **, 2014. Her direct line is ###-###-####. She was not at all helpful, my complaint was not resolved, and I never heard back from her. I also received an email from *** *** of Customer Care at ExxonMobil Corporation. His Email address is *** Same with him: very unhelpful, complaint never resolved

Review: My complaint involves the [redacted] of the Auto Repair Shop, "[redacted]." On 8/**/2014, I brought in my Toyota Highlander for an oil change. [redacted] told me the price would be $45.00. I asked him if I could bring in a coupon (if I found one at home) when I picked up the car, and could thus get the discounted price. [redacted] said yes. Later on I found a coupon for $10.00 and brought it in and gave it to [redacted]. He then told me that $45.00 was the discounted price and, thus, would not accept my coupon. I told him that was not what he told me earlier. He began screaming for me to come around the desk to look at his computer, to see that he charged me more for the oil change the previous time, so I would know that $45.00 was the discounted price. When I protested he called me a liar. I told him he had no right to speak to me that way, and that he was trying to cheat me, and I would file a complaint. He said, "go right ahead." I then insisted he give me the $10 coupon discount. He eventually charged me a total of $39.04. I paid because I just wanted to get out of there. I will also add that [redacted] recently told me I needed to buy tires for my Infiniti (from him). I said the car was a lease, I'd be returning it soon, and so I didn't want to purchase new tires. I then brought my car in to him for a NYS inspection, and he failed the car. I brought the car to a different place a day later and my car passed inspection, without a word being said about my tires.Desired Settlement: I would like a billing adjustment of $5.96, an apology from [redacted]nd the owner of the shop, and also to have [redacted] disciplined. In my opinion, He should not be dealing with customers or handling money.
