In support of The Classic Inn, Lancaster PA, is as follows:The Classic Inn would like to apologise for any hardship that may have caused our valued customer Ms. [redacted]. We, as a service oriented company, are dedicated to improvement and welcome any comments and suggestions from our...

customers. We strive to do our best to resolve them.Ms. [redacted] mentioned that she fell ill due to the dirty filter from staying in our room. Based on our maintenance room report the filter was functioning well, clean, and upto standards of care. Ms. [redacted] claimed that she had contracted laryngitis that evolved to Mycoplasma pneumonia however, after seeking this information from a local physician, Dr. Daryanani Critical Care intensivist at the Lancaster Regional hospital along with the support of the CDC (Center of Disease Control), laryngitis is not known to spread through airfilters, but through contact of human droplets. As per CDC, 'People who are sick with M. pneumoniae infection usually spread the disease by coughing or sneezing while in close contact with others, who then breathe in the bacteria'. Here is a link for further information regarding mycoplasma pneumonia from the CDC:http://www.[redacted]/[redacted]The room which Ms. [redacted] stayed had been rented several times after her stay. We did not receive any similar comments or complaints from these guests and we are happy to say that they were pleased with their stay in the same room.We at The Classic Inn will not refund Ms. [redacted], as her claims are not supported with the above medical facts. If you have further questions and concerns please feel free to contact me byphone or email.Respectfully,Kepal S[redacted]Manager at the Classic Inn
