This company's contract states that snow removal services will be provided within 12 hours of the last snowfall accumulation. Typically, the service is within 24 hours or more. I frequently need to send reminders, and the jobs are often imcomplete.
For example, the last crew said they did not know which garage was mine, so they did not service it.
With Sunday's storm (ending Mon Jan 28 @ 7 am), there were assurances that crews would be working all day and night.
As of 4:30 pm on Wed, Jan 30, I have had not service despite 3 email reminders. Calls to the office are met with a busy signal.
The annual fee for the service is 937.90 (including HST). This was paid in 2 installments (Dec 1 2018 and Jan 1 2019). I have had service on two occasions to date (both late, and documented). I had received no service or response to my emails for this third occasions. My preference would be a full refund, as I believe they are completely in breach of the contract, but would settle for a majority of the funds returned. I will seek another service provider in future.
